We use a single localStorage entry (biltiq-theme) to remember your dark/light theme preference. This is a functional cookie stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics cookies.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare — for CDN and DDoS protection. Cloudflare processes traffic data per their privacy policy.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers. We do not embed social media tracking scripts.

11. International Data Transfers

Your personal data collected through our website is stored and processed in India. We do not transfer personal data to servers outside India. If any third-party service we use processes data outside India (such as Google Fonts CDN), it is limited to non-personal technical data like font file requests.

For AI products deployed on your infrastructure: No data transfer occurs. All AI processing happens on your premises. We do not have remote access to your AI system data unless explicitly granted by you for maintenance purposes.

12. Children's Privacy

Our website and consultation services are directed at business professionals and institutional decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age through our website.

For education products (ATC Campus, ATC Quest LMS): Student data in educational deployments is managed entirely by the educational institution on their own infrastructure. BiltIQ AI has no access to student data. The institution is the Data Fiduciary for student records under the DPDP Act.
