Senior Full Stack Developer – Node.js & Go Lang Expert

Job Summary

Lead the development of AutoDev’s complete backend architecture using both Node.js and Go, focusing on the multi-LLM pipeline orchestration, high-performance systems, MCP communication protocols, and healthcare-compliant API ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Architecture: Design and implement the complete 4-stage LLM pipeline (Generation → Validation → Optimization → Integration)
  • Node.js Systems: Develop real-time APIs, WebSocket services, and healthcare-compliant integrations
  • Go Performance Engine: Build high-performance pipeline orchestration engine and drift analysis systems
  • MCP Integration: Build Model Context Protocol servers and communication bus for seamless LLM coordination
  • Database Architecture: Design and optimize MongoDB collections for code repository, pipeline tracking, and knowledge graphs
  • Microservices: Architect and implement both Node.js and Go-based microservices
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers across both Node.js and Go stacks
  • System Integration: Build adapters and connectors for various development tools and platforms

 

Required Skills
  • Node.js Expertise: 7+ years Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, async/await patterns
  • Go Expertise: 5+ years Go development, goroutines, channels, advanced concurrency patterns
  • Database Systems: Advanced MongoDB, NoSQL design patterns, Redis caching, aggregation pipelines
  • Healthcare Standards: HIPAA compliance, PHI handling, audit logging
  • Real-time Systems: WebSocket, Server-Sent Events, message queues (NATS)
  • API Design: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, OpenAPI documentation
  • Testing: Jest, Go testing frameworks, integration testing
  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, AWS services

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with healthcare software development
  • Knowledge of AI/ML pipeline integration
  • Familiarity with behavioral health workflows
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect preferred)
  • Experience with code analysis and AST manipulation
