Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for designing mobile applications and creating engaging social media graphics. Your work will shape the user experience across various digital platforms, ensuring our users enjoy intuitive, beautiful, and effective designs. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for mobile and social design, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clean, user-friendly interfaces, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

–User-Centric Design: Create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly UI/UX designs for mobile applications, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

– Visual Design & Branding: Develop social media graphics, banners, and other visual elements that resonate with our audience, helping drive engagement and brand awareness.

– Prototyping & Wireframing: Build low to high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and flow diagrams to effectively communicate design ideas and user journeys.

– Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user feedback to refine and improve design decisions, ensuring they align with business goals.

– Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to bring ideas to life from concept to execution.

– Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing and make iterative improvements based on feedback to optimize user satisfaction and meet design objectives.

– Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in mobile and social media design, to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.

Requirements:
– Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing strong mobile app designs and social media graphics.

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

–Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of prototyping and wireframing tools, such as InVision, Axure, or similar.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

– Core Competencies:

• Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with and interpret brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

– Additional Skills: Experience with animation/motion design and video editing software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
